Teens of Tomorrow is a local non-profit organization that has been fully funded by you, this community for 25+ years. This program has not received funds from any government organization or any foundations. We are so grateful for this community and the opportunities we have been able to provide for the youth. Our program has finally come into the digital age. We no longer accept cash, and we are now able to share with you where all of the donation go with 100% transparency. The program gives 30% to the teens and is able to go up to 70% in bonuses when you increase your donations. The program usually receives 40% of your donation but when the bonuses are paid, the program share goes down to 0% depending on the bonus given. The driver/founder is paid 30% plus PTO (inclement weather days during a 5-day work week). The founder/driver spends 40-60 hours a week with the program and the teens. He also does some minor mechanic work to the program vehicles. The co-founder works 15 hours a week of her time to the program.
Teens of Tomorrow uses a 2016 Mercedes sprinter van with 123,000 miles and a 1996 Dodge passenger van with 130,000 miles. Those vans are driven 40-60k miles a year mostly in the city.
